History
Following a career with reputable employers such as PVF Pensioenen, ING Bank and Nederlands Pensioenbureau, I started my own company, Haga Pensioenrecht in mid 2018.
Haga Pensioenrecht is a sparring partner for lawyers and other professionals (accountants, pension advisors etc.) with regard to all pension matters.
Within this, special attention is paid to the issues surrounding affiliation to, and exemption from, industry pension funds and collective labour agreements. In addition to carrying out scope investigations, Haga Pensioenrecht assists employers in objection and appeal procedures. Thorough knowledge and experience in the pension world makes Haga Pensioenrecht a fully-fledged discussion partner.
Patrick Haga
After graduating with a Master\’s degree in Dutch Law from the University of Amsterdam, I made my way into the pension world, in most recent years working as a pension lawyer.
In the spring of 2018 I successfully completed my Masters in Labour Law at the University of Amsterdam. My thesis involved conducting research into the application of ‘the principle of the employee’s right to participation in decisions of pension fund boards\’.
I was born and raised in Amsterdam (1970) and live in the beautiful coastal village of Castricum, in the province of North Holland. I am married and have two children.
My hobbies include basketball, mountain biking in the dunes and listening to music.
